Can a foreign company get EAC?
The basic rule is that only a company or individual entrepreneur registered on a permanent basis in the territory of one of the countries of the Customs Union can be an applicant.
When importing products to Russia from abroad, certificate can only be received by an importing company registered in this country.
Foreign companies not registered in the Russian Federation or the countries of the Customs Union cannot be recipients of certificate.
How much it costs and how long term certificate can be issued?
The cost of issuing certificates starts from
$ 150. The exact amount depends on what documents are the applicant already have (test report). The type of certified products is also of great importance.
